The complete all-round taxi business solution
We worked with a transportation company that supplies taxicab dispatch systems to taxi companies across England. They were looking for a development company to revamp their web application. We rewrote the code from scratch and built a comprehensive taxi-hailing solution with an all-new web dashboard and mobile apps for driver and passenger.
We offer Taxiangel as a white-labelled solution that can be used by taxi businesses to easily manage the bookings, fleet and earnings. The solution offers a friendly UI/UX leading to a comfortable trip experience for passengers and drivers.

Custom apps for managers, drivers and customers
Taxiangel includes mobile apps for drivers and customers along with a web dashboard for admin. The solution connects the driver network with the customers enabling customers to book a comfortable trip to their destination.
The customer app helps users enter pickup and drop points, view estimated fare and time, book or schedule a cab, track live movement, communicate with the driver and pay for their trip.
Users can choose multiple pickup and drop locations and share rides if need be. The app is built to offer passengers a fast, user-friendly booking, riding and payment experience.
The passenger app with its fast and intuitive UI/UX makes it easy for the passengers to have an easy experience from cab booking to payment and support.
The driver app gives an intuitive experience to the cab drivers. They can easily change working status, accept rides and get precise navigation for multiple pickup points.
Drivers can also keep a track of their earnings, rating and reviews. A clean, user-friendly driver app helps taxi businesses retain more drivers and onboard new ones.
We studied the exact requirements and pain points of the drivers; and created an optimised and convenient UI/UX of the app with simple flows.
Owner or manager of the taxi business can keep track of all the rides, fleet, rating and reviews, earnings, etc. via a connected web dashboard.
They can also manage their vehicles, fares and all the payments; helping them keep a bird’s eye view of all the operations and business activities from a single dashboard.
